These images, part of the Eastern Illustrating & Publishing Co. collection at the Penobscot Marine Museum in Searsport—and graciously shared with The Working Waterfront by the museum—reveal a bustling Washington County at the turn of the 20th century. The region clearly relied on its working waterfronts.
